QuickQ questions and answers

InstallAccountsDevicesFixing problems
How do I get the installer?

The client is served from the official download page. Select the system matching your device (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android) and the page redirects to the appropriate distribution link. Restrict downloads to entries on quickqwep.com.cn so installers from third parties stay out of the picture.

What are the first steps after installing?

Launch QuickQ and sign in with your registered account. The home screen then lists the available routes; choose one and start the connection, and the status changes to connected. On a first run, verifying each stage against the tutorial is worthwhile.

What happens when I switch devices?

Install the client on the additional device and sign in with the existing account. Registration or a new purchase is unnecessary. The number of devices online simultaneously follows the terms of your active plan on the plans page.

QuickQ never finishes connecting

Disconnect first and confirm the local connection is healthy, then attempt another route. When the client remains in a connecting state, terminate and relaunch QuickQ. If the behaviour persists, verify whether a proxy or security application is intercepting client requests.

Why does my speed fluctuate?

Suspend downloads, video streaming, and other bandwidth-intensive activity before selecting a route with lower load. Confirm that no competing VPN or proxy application is active, since these may conflict with QuickQ routes. Repeated tests across different periods help separate route congestion from local bandwidth limits.

Tips for protecting my QuickQ account

Apply a unique and difficult-to-guess password that is never reused on other services. Never disclose verification codes or account data, and obtain the client solely from trusted entries such as quickqwep.com.cn rather than unknown or cracked packages.

Where is my plan status shown?

The account area displays the active billing period, expiry date, and account status after signing in. The same details remain available through the purchase entry on the official plans page. Renewing the plan and signing in again restores continued access.

System requirements for QuickQ

Coverage includes 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11, macOS 11 and later, iPhone and iPad on iOS 14 and later, Android 8.0 and later, and Linux desktops running Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Confirm 2 GB of RAM and roughly 200 MB of free space beforehand; Linux builds depend on what the download page currently lists.

Does QuickQ offer a free plan? Pricing?

Three paid periods are published: 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, each including supported devices and online assistance. No permanently free version is offered, so a one-month period serves as a practical evaluation before a longer commitment. Pricing and benefits follow the plans page.

What data does QuickQ process?

As described in the official privacy policy, QuickQ processes account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and necessary diagnostic information for account creation, subscription confirmation, service operation, and request handling. These purposes include identity verification, service delivery, security, stability improvements, and legal compliance. Personal information is not sold, and access controls, transport protection, and internal audits limit risk. The privacy policy page contains the complete rules.

Device limits on one account

Supported devices are covered by every plan, allowing a single account to install the client and sign in across several devices. Simultaneous device counts depend on the terms of the current plan. Adding or replacing a device requires only an installation and a sign-in with the existing account, without further registration or payment.

Connected but slow: where do I start?

Suspend bandwidth-intensive tasks such as downloads or streaming, then switch to a route with lower load. Ensure that no proxy or acceleration tool is active, as it may conflict with QuickQ routes. Testing at several intervals distinguishes route congestion from local bandwidth limits. When a single application performs poorly, inspect its own network configuration and cache.

Is this the real QuickQ installer?

Access the download page only through the official QuickQ site and verify the domain before installation. Avoid third-party sites and cracked packages. When a system reports an untrusted source, validate its official origin before permitting it in system settings. For remaining concerns, apply the troubleshooting guidance provided in this FAQ.

If the problem is connection-related, repeat the QuickQ connection guides and confirm the client build and system requirements. If latency stays high, check which routes your current period covers on the QuickQ subscription periods page.

Ready for speed, redefined?

Download the client, complete the setup, and QuickQ keeps the session in view.
